Arriving later than planned? Text your estimated arrival time to 226-910-1099. If you will arrive after 9 PM, call 519-534-1010 to make arrangements.
No housekeeping services take place during your stay. Rooms and cabins are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between stays.
Breakfast
Breakfast hours: 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Quiet time
11 PM is the time all audible noise must cease. Guests are welcome to continue at the campfire, or at a whisper volume on their patios, but must be mindful of any noise that can reach neighbouring units. No music after 11 PM.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside; designated outdoor smoking areas are available. If it is apparent that smoking has happened in a unit, a one-night stay plus taxes will be charged in addition to the cost of your stay.
Deposit and cancellation
The first night plus tax is charged when you book. The balance settles at the lodge when you leave, together with anything you have spent on account while you are here.
Cancel more than 48 hours before you arrive and everything you have paid goes back to your card.
Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept; anything you have paid beyond it goes back to your card.
No-shows and leaving early
If you have not arrived, and have not told us, by 11 am the morning after your arrival date, it counts as a cancellation inside 48 hours: the deposit is kept, nothing more is charged, and the rest of your stay is released.
Leaving early? You pay for the nights you stay plus one more night for the short notice, which is what a late cancellation costs. Nights after that are not charged.
Booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia
Booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia? Changes and cancellations have to go through that platform, under their policy.
Dinner reservations
Dinner can be cancelled yourself up to noon the day before, and the time or courses changed up to 3 pm on the day. After that, text us and we will sort it out.
Pets
Pets are allowed only in cabins, not in lodge rooms. There is no additional fee for pets to stay, but pet owners are responsible for all damage caused by pets to any property in the surrounding area. Pets are not to be off-leash for any reason, and are not to be left alone in cabins at any time.
Safety
For safety reasons, no personal cooking is permitted in rooms or around cabins. No BBQs are available.
There is a significant risk of bears causing damage where there are additional food sources, so please make bear-smart decisions.
