For two or four who want a hotel-style room, a king bed and the bar and dining room downstairs. The rooms are upstairs and the stairs are fairly steep, so they are not wheelchair accessible.

About the lodge rooms
Eight hotel-style lodge rooms sit above the great hall in the main lodge, all renovated in 2022. Six have a king bed and sleep two. Two have a pair of double beds and sleep four.
Each has a private bathroom, new mattresses, crisp white linens and windows that open onto the trees. Rooms are small, with a seating area and a desk. Breakfast is included, and the bar and dining room are downstairs.

Good to know before you book
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or late? Text us. Often we can make early check-in work, and if you expect to arrive after 9 pm, send an ETA so we can plan to greet you.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A breakfast buffet is included with every stay, served in the main lodge from 8 to 10 am, with first coffee at 7:30. Leaving early? Ask us about a breakfast to go.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs stay free in our cabins, but pets aren't permitted in the lodge rooms or inside the dining room. If you are travelling with a dog, a cabin is the one to book.
Are the stairs a problem?
The lodge rooms are upstairs and the stairs are fairly steep, so they are not wheelchair accessible. If you need step-free access, contact us before you book and we will talk it through.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free and open, no password needed. The signal is strongest in the main lodge, and cell service can be spotty depending on your carrier.
Is there air conditioning?
No. Every room has a fan and windows that open, and nights on the peninsula cool down.
What if our plans change?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before you arrive; inside 48 hours the deposit is kept and anything paid beyond it goes back to your card. Booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia instead? Changes go through that platform.
