Red Bay Lodge
Sleeps 2 · One queen · Three-piece private
Birch, Ash, Ironwood, Aspen, Poplar, Elm or Dogwood — we will tell you which when we confirm.
Dark-sky nights sit around the new moon, when the Milky Way is visible and an aurora would not be washed out. Clear weather is the lodge’s job to hope for, not to promise.
The smallest of the cabins and the one people come back for. A bed, a window that faces the trees, a chair on the porch that gets the last of the light, and nothing else asking for your attention.
Close enough to the lodge that breakfast is a two-minute walk, far enough into the trees that you will hear the bay before you hear anybody else.
You book the kind of cabin; we pick which one. It keeps things moving when something needs a repair or a stay needs to stretch, and it means a night is open here whenever any of these is free. You will find out which one on your confirmation.
