Groups and the whole lodge
Take the whole lodge. Up to sixty overnight.
Reunions, retreats, team trips and weddings, as one booking: every cabin, every lodge room, the Great Room with its stone fireplace and the firepit, with nobody else on the property.
We’re closed for the season and reopen Friday, May 21, 2027. We’re setting up 2027 group dates by hand now.

§ 02What you get
A place to gather, and room to spread out
The lodge has been welcoming guests since 1949. Today it is 18,000 square feet, and 7,000 of that is common space: a Great Room with a large stone fireplace, a rustic dining room, and a 3,000 square foot deck among the trees. Outside, the cabins sit around the firepit on 50 acres.
A whole-lodge booking is private use of the lodge and grounds. A PA or audio-visual package is available for an additional cost.
§ 03Sleep and eat
Where everyone sleeps, and how you eat together
Fifteen cabins sit among the trees: the one-bedroom cabins sleep up to two, the 1+ bedroom cabins add a sitting room, and the two-bedroom cabins suit up to five. Eight lodge rooms are upstairs in the great hall, renovated in 2022, each sleeping two or four.
Breakfast is included, and on a whole-lodge booking it is for every guest. Dinner at the lodge is a chef’s menu. Tell us your group size and we’ll talk through what that looks like for you, and whether catering for the weekend makes more sense.

§ 04How it works
Three steps, no hidden ones
§ 01Step
Enquire
Send the form below, or call or text. Rough dates, how many of you and what you're celebrating is plenty to start.
§ 02Step
Confirm dates
We check the calendar and come back with what's open and a quote. Every group is a little different, so we quote by hand.
§ 03Step
Contract and deposit
A simple contract and a deposit hold your dates. Then we plan the weekend together.
Weddings
A wedding weekend, from the first night to the last.
We host weddings as multi-night whole-lodge bookings, with catering under contract so the food is settled from the start. Your guests sleep on the property, in the cabins and lodge rooms, and the Great Room, the dining room, the deck and the firepit are yours for the weekend. Tell us your date early; we hold dates by contract and deposit.
Questions groups ask
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs stay free in our cabins. Pets are not permitted in the lodge rooms or inside the dining room, but they are very welcome on the patio.
Where are you?
We are on Huron Road in Red Bay, a short walk down the driveway from Lake Huron. The address and map are here: 462 Huron Road, South Bruce Peninsula, ON N0H 2T0.
How many people can sleep overnight?
Up to 60 from April to November, across the cabins and lodge rooms. In winter (December to March), up to 20. We're closed for the season and reopen Friday, May 21, 2027.
Do you host weddings?
Yes, as whole-lodge bookings: a multi-night stay with catering under contract. We don't take weddings as a single-night event. Send us your date and your guest count and we'll tell you what's possible. A PA or audio-visual setup is available as a package for an additional cost.
What does a whole-lodge booking include?
Private use of the lodge and the grounds, breakfast for all guests, and unorganized use of the indoor and outdoor areas: the Great Room, the dining room, the deck and the firepit.
Can we book the whole lodge in July or August?
Whole-lodge bookings are typically not available in July and August. If summer is the only time that works, ask about reserving several cabins together. Groups starting at five cabins can ask about group pricing.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. Once we've confirmed your dates, a simple contract and a deposit hold them. The amount is in your quote.
What does it cost?
It depends on the dates, the number of people and what you'd like included, so we quote by hand. Send the form and we'll write back.
