We are hiring for the 2027 season. Main role: oversee and carry out the daily, weekly and monthly tasks of cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining exceptionally clean guest rooms and cabins. Schedule and oversee seasonal staff to the same high standard, keep electronic checklists and property management systems up to date so Guest Experience and the General Manager always know where things stand, and work with the external laundry team so supplies and linens are always on hand.
The property: 8 lodge rooms and 15 cabins (one and two bedrooms).
Expectations: you are addicted to details. People describe you as the most trustworthy person, ever. You expect the absolute best, and you would never subject guests to a dirty room. You treat this place like it is your own, and we treat you as a critical part of what makes it shine.
