We are hiring for the 2027 season. You are directly responsible for scheduling, booking and ensuring accommodations for guests, and you are their primary resource before, during and after their stay. You are one part camp director, one part event coordinator, one part concierge, and fully committed to excellence. You can jump in and serve a guest a whisky on the rocks, or arrange a guided hike on the Bruce Trail.
You understand, anticipate and react to any guest’s needs, and you keep finding ways to improve what we offer. You keep a central point of communication during guest stays (SMS, email and notes) so service stays seamless in your absence, and you work daily with other departments to make sure every area is ready for guests.
Expectations: your mission is to make Red Bay the happiest place on earth, filled with the best vacation memories. You strive to become part of the Bruce Peninsula experience, and you will be valued as such. You are the type of person people write reviews about, the type who gets remembered.
Hourly wage: to be determined based on experience.
Start date: April, to be confirmed for the 2027 season.
